At some point during the invasion, an unidentified individual recorded a mixtape that was to be given to their daughter, Beth, in the event something happens to them.
The mixtape addressed to Beth can be found inside of a drawer in a desk in a Northwood Hospital office. Before Death Angels breached the hospital, Alex Taylor glimpsed a woman inside of the office, sitting at the desk and writing in a notebook. It is possible this woman is Beth, which would imply her parent did ultimately die (hence her having the mixtape in her room). It is also possible that the woman is Beth's mother, not having to have given her daughter the mixtape yet.
Beth was mentioned and possibly appeared in A Quiet Place: The Road Ahead.
