As shown in a Quiet Place Day One, France was among the European countries to be affected by the Death Angels along with the United Kingdom, Germany, Russia, and Sweden with Paris being checked off the globe which indicates that the Death Angels have landed there.
A newspaper clipping by Lee also mentions Paris' mass evacuations of the city "PARIS IS EVACUATED" indicating that the city had enough time to evacuate its population during the invasion following the arrival of the Death Angels.
