The Man in the Woods (died October 3, 2021) is a minor antagonist in the 2018 film A Quiet Place.
He was the husband of Woman in the Woods who was killed by a Death Angel after they invaded Earth. He looked over his wife's body and was soon found by Lee and Marcus Abbott shortly before his death.

This man was encountered by Marcus and Lee during their walk back from the waterfall. He was in shock after his wife was killed by the creature. Lee tried to urge this man to make no noise, but with no other viable course of action, this man opted for suicide and screamed. His scream alerted the creature to his presence which caused Lee and Marcus to quickly run and hide. After this man screamed, this man closed his eyes then Lee witnessed a creature come and slash this man while Lee shut Marcus' mouth, preventing Marcus from screaming.
