It's unknown how this raccoon survived the invasion for more than one year. This raccoon jumped off of the Abbott family's roof after Marcus accidentally destroyed the lantern in the house. Later, the raccoon was killed in a cornfield by a Death Angel after accidentally causing noise that attracted the creature.
