The survivors are humans and some animals who had managed to survive the Invasion of Death Angels.
General Characteristics[]
There were various commonalities of the several groups of survivors, but at least on the mainland, the Abbott family and others had adapted to the Death Angels, communicating amongst themselves without words or making sounds by using sign language, walking without shoes and using sand trails to avoid making noise, and the different settlements communicating between themselves with fire signals. Others, on the island, that were unaffected by Death Angels, lived normally without disturbance, therefore they could still perform their activities normally.
History[]
A Quiet Place[]
There were little to no signs of other survivors besides the Abbott family, with the only sign that showed other survivors being fire beacons that other survivors would light up at night to show each other that they were still alive. Lee and Marcus Abbott would encounter and witness an old man (who presumably had seen his wife being killed by the creatures) commit suicide by screaming to attract a creature which made them run away as the creature slashed the old man.
A Quiet Place Part II[]
The first other survivor that the Abbotts would encounter was Emmett who had been hiding in a abandoned factory. Later, Emmett and Regan Abbott would encounter a group of feral survivors (who can be presumed to be cannibals lead by Marina Man) who attacked them. However, Emmett stabbed Marina Man, causing a noise that lured the creatures to arrive and kill the feral survivors. Not long after that, Regan and Emmett would encounter another more friendlier group of survivors and Henri living on an island where a Radio Station was used. Emmet, Regan and Henri worked together to reach the radio station in an attempt to weaken and them the Death Angels. However, Emmett discovered that one of creatures had arrived on the island via a damaged boat after being trapped the previous night. During an attack, few of survivors on the island were killed, presumably including Henri.
A Quiet Place: Day One[]
On Day 1, some survivors such as Sam, Frodo and Henri were hiding in a theater. Eric, Henri and Frodo then attempted to evade and escape the Death Angels. Henri was escaped with some of survivors by boat. Eric and Frodo was escaped by jump to the sea which almost being captured by Death Angels but Sam left behind and remained in New York.

Trivia[]
- It's unknown what animals have survived or were entirely killed/extinct by Death Angels during the Invasion in the A Quiet Place series.
- In the two films, fish and birds had survived from the Invasion.
- Raccoons may be considered some of the surviving animals. However, a raccoon was killed near the Abbott farm as noise attracted a Death Angel. Presumably, many other animals were wiped out for same reason.
- Two dogs appeared in the second film, although one of the dogs in a baseball stadium barked after witnessing the giant meteor fragments that appeared in the sky over Millbrook. Dogs only appeared on Day 1 of the invasion.
- Frodo is one of the only known animals survivor so far in this series.
- Outside the mainland, the survivors (those who escaped from the cities) on the small island lived normally because it was a safe heaven and unaffected from the early days of the Death Angel's invasion.
