Regan and Emmett found the docks after Emmett told Regan that he found a boat to the island. The pair arrived at the docks at night and Emmett found a small child. Pitying her, Emmett followed the child until she tied a rope around his neck with empty bottles attached to it, supposedly to attract a Death Angel to kill him. A group and their leader then appeared and tried to rob Emmett and Regan of their supplies before Emmett signaled Regan to "dive" in ASL. As soon as Regan dove into the water, Emmett attacked his captors, drawing a Death Angel to the docks. Before heading to the island on a boat, Regan and Emmett discovered that Death Angels cannot swim.
